Employment Workforce Development

Our coaches meet people where they are and help them move forward in their careers and lives. Through one-on-one coaching, résumé support, interview preparation, and ongoing guidance after hire, we work with participants to build skills and find real opportunities.

A Second Chance at a High School Diploma

The Excel Center of West Central Indiana provides adults the opportunity to earn a Core 40 high school diploma—for free. With flexible scheduling, on-site childcare, transportation assistance, and college credit and certification options, the Excel Center removes barriers so students can focus on their goals and build a stronger future for themselves and their families.

Students work with life coaches and counselors who help them stay on course, build confidence, and prepare for stronger career and life opportunities — proving that it’s never too late to go further.
